Right in the same building where we do our banking is Thinkspace, a new company that offers executive suites and other services to budding eastside entrepreneurs. I took a tour recently and was very impressed with the space and the operation behind it.
The founder, Peter Chee has a blog where he frequently posts about LEED compliance, which is a standard that certifies buildings to be “environmentally responsible, profitable and a healthy place to live and work.” One of the main selling points of Thinkspace is that when you become a tenant, your space is carbon neutral, and LEED compliant.
If you’re in Redmond WA, and are looking for office space you should check it out. Your tenancy can scale anywhere from a mailbox and occasional conference room rental, to a big corner office.
